Yes. At Fly High Seeds, we offer a high germination rate satisfaction for our seeds and we will replace your order free of charge if they do not germinate. Seeds that are purchased 60 days prior to a complaint are not eligible for replacement.

In the ungerminated state, cannabis and hemp seeds are considered a collector’s item or “novelty adult” item for adults 21 years or older and deemed safe for purchase. Fly High Seeds holds no liability for misuse and our seeds must not be used in conflict with any federal laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to know the legal parameters of their state and local jurisdiction. As cannabis and hemp have become legalized in more states throughout the country — and with the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill — it has become much easier for growers to experiment with multiple strains!

Please allow up to 3 business days for expedited shipping and up to 5 business days for standard shipping from receipt of payment.

Yes. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a tracking number in the confirmation email.

Yes. You have up to 30 days to return your item(s) unopened in the original packaging. Shipping costs for any returned items will need to be paid by the customer.

We currently accept payments through Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Additionally, we will also be accepting payments via Sezzle, coming very soon!
