Returns and Refund Policy

At Fly High Seeds, we stand by our commitment to a 100% money-back guarantee! If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with a product purchased from our website, you have the option to return the item(s) within 30 days.

Please note that, as the buyer, you are responsible for the return shipping, unless you have received an incorrect item or wish to proceed with an exchange. To facilitate the return process, kindly follow the checklist provided below. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Checklist: 

• All returning items must be in original packaging and unopened to qualify for a refund. 
• Pack the item(s) securely in the package along with the order number or the original packaging slip. 

• All return shipping postage costs must be paid by the customer. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries. 
• We recommend using UPS, FedEx or USPS to ship your returned product(s) back to us. 

Damaged/Faulty Goods 

In the event that you determine an item is damaged or faulty, you may send it back for a refund or replacement. Items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging. Please include details regarding which item(s) will need to be replaced. Your replacement items will be shipped within 14 days of receipt of your return and you will be refunded for the postage costs incurred while returning the item back to us. 

Exchanges 

Please contact us if you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different product within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be new and unused in the original packaging. Your credit card will be charged for the cost of sending the replacement out to you, as well as any other fees your new order may incur. 

Refunds 

Refunds will be made for the total amount of the product(s) minus the shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be made via credit card or check depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 14 days of receipt of your purchase for refunds to be made.
